Shabu Shabu (Japanese: しゃぶしゃぶ) is a Japanese-style instant-boiled hot pot. It uses thinly sliced Wagyu beef, which is cooked in different soup bases and dipped in special dipping sauces for a refreshing taste. Shabu shabu was introduced to Japan in the 20th century with the opening of the first shabu-shabu restaurant in Osaka, where its name was coined. The name “Shabu Shabu” comes from the “swish swish” sound made when ingredients are being stirred in the hot pot.

a spicy and delicious spicy broth, a fragrant pork bone broth, a healthy and attractive tomato soup, a rich and delicious beef bone broth,

 a nutritious kelp and fish broth, and a delicate and delicious sukiyaki pot. 

You can choose the pot bottom that suits your taste and preference, and there will 

always be one that satisfies your appetite.
